Shubh Innovation Pty Ltd, ABN 69 682 249 770 (“we”, “us”), builds and runs AI-based marketing solutions for small and medium businesses. You can reach us at contact@shubhinnovation.com.au.
This website
This website has no forms, accounts or advertising trackers. We receive personal information through it only when you choose to email us. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Information we collect
- If you contact us: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about your business.
- If you are a client: your business details, the contact details of the people we deal with, the information you give us to set up your service, and billing records.
- If you enquired with one of our clients: the details you gave that business and the messages you exchange with the service we run for them. We handle this on behalf of that business.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and explain our services.
- To set up and provide the services our clients have asked for.
- To bill clients and keep business records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the enquiries our clients receive to market our own services.

Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our business and products, including providers of email, hosting, messaging, automation, payments and AI language processing. Some of them store or process information outside Australia. They receive only what is needed to do their part.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you and delete them on request. Client records are kept for as long as the client uses a service and for a limited period afterwards set out in our terms with that client. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@shubhinnovation.com.au. If you enquired with one of our clients, we may need to pass your request to that business. We answer written requests within one business day where we can, and always within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
